Victor has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2005.

He began his professional activity within the Valentina Topor Law Office , where he was involved in matters of civil law and civil procedure law .

Later, he founded Oancea, Ciocîltan & Asociații , a firm focused on the clientele from the German-speaking area (commercial law, insurance law, energy law, corporate law), and he is also a German speaker.

As the founder of the “Victor Ciocîltan” Law Office , he resumed collaboration with the Valentina Topor Vărban Law Office and the Topor Vărban Clinciu & Asociații law firm, jointly handling complex cases in the field of restitution of real estate abusively taken by the State , enforcement law , state liability for damages caused to citizens through failure to fulfill legal obligations and through violations of fundamental human rights .

Victor holds the right to practice law independently in Spain, which allows him to represent and assist clients in cross-border cases and in procedures conducted before Spanish authorities.
