In order to become effective, the draft must be adopted in the plenary session of the Chamber of Deputies, promulgated by the President, and published in the Official Gazette.<\/p><p class=\"p1 translation-block\">Thus, if the draft law is adopted, the nominal value of a meal voucher will be a maximum of 45 lei, <b>the new value applying to entitlements corresponding to November 2025 and remaining valid during the first semester of 2026, as well as during the first three months of the second semester of 2026 (July, August, and September).<\/b> According to current provisions, the maximum value of a meal voucher is 40.18 lei.<\/p><p class=\"p2\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>However, the value of the meal voucher itself does not increase, but rather its maximum allowable value.
