The Ministry of Finance announced the adoption of an amendment regarding the simplification of the RO e-Factura system within the Budget and Finance Committee of the Chamber of Deputies.

Ministerul Finanțelor a susținut un amendament adoptat astăzi în Comisia de Buget-Finanțe din Camera Deputaților, care simplifică regulile de utilizare a sistemului RO e-Factura și reduce birocrația pentru persoanele fizice și anumite categorii de contribuabili.

Decision no. 41/2026 issued by the High Court of Cassation and Justice (ÎCCJ) – CDCD: Courts may fully review pension recalculation decisions, without being limited by the grounds stated in the decisions issued by the Pension House.

By the ruling of 11 February 2025, the Suceava Court of Appeal – First Civil Division, in case file no. 3280/86/2023, referred the High Court of Cassation and Justice for a preliminary ruling regarding the interpretation of the provisions of Article 153 letter g), in relation to Article 106 paragraph (2) and Article 107 paragraph (3) of Law no. 263/2010 on the unitary public pension system, as subsequently amended and supplemented.

Operation and implementation of the national system regarding the RO e-Factura electronic invoicing system and electronic invoices in Romania with respect to natural persons, according to Emergency Ordinance no. 89/2025 and Government Ordinance no. 6/2026

According to Emergency Ordinance no. 89/2025 amending Emergency Ordinance no. 120/2021, suppliers/service providers who identify themselves for tax purposes using the personal numerical code (CNP) and who began carrying out economic activities prior to 15 January 2026 are required to request registration in the mandatory RO e-Factura Register before that date.
