Starting from December 3, 2025, the delegation of the responsibility provided under Art. 52 para. (1) letter g) of Law no. 162/2017 on the statutory audit of annual financial statements and consolidated annual financial statements, and amending certain normative acts, as subsequently amended and supplemented, regarding the organization of continuing professional education programs for financial auditors, is renewed for a period of 1 (one) year, as established by Order of the President of A.S.P.A.A.S. no. 426/2020 concerning the delegation of the responsibility for organizing continuing education programs.
